Dennis has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Newcastle) with 1st class Honours. He is currently a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Main area of interests includes:
Pre and post Nutritional management for Bariatric surgery
Diabetes and Pre-diabetes
Paediatric Nutrition ( allergy, intolerance, fussy eating, )
Cardiovascular disease
Gastrointestinal disorders. ( FODMAP diet, elimination diet, gluten free diet)
Dennis can speak multiple languages other than English, including Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien.
